Homegrown cheesecake retailer Cat & the Fiddle (C&F) is back with new, trendy flavours, ahead of the holiday season. Specifically, two seasonal log cheesecakes, a festive cheesecake, and a special macaron tower will be available this year to sweeten your year-end celebrations.
Chocolate Mint Log Cheesecake
C&F’s Chocolate Mint Log Cheesecake is a must-try for their devoted fans, offering a delightful blend of dark chocolate and mint flavours. It’s a perfect year-end treat with layers of mousse, feuilletine, and a velvety sponge, all covered in chocolate ganache, Crème Chantilly, and roasted hazelnuts.
Apple Cinnamon Log Cheesecake
The Apple Cinnamon Log Cheesecake by C&F is a comforting and nostalgic delight. It features a caramelized apple filling that pairs beautifully with a chocolate sponge base, creating a melt-in-your-mouth experience. The dessert is finished with a cinnamon caramel cheese mousse and a snowy Crème Chantilly topping, evoking a winter wonderland.
Rocky Road Cheesecake
If you prefer a more traditionally shaped cake, there’s the Rocky Road cheesecake. It combines milk chocolate mousse, macadamia nuts, almonds, cranberries, and marshmallows on an OREO® crust, topped with more nuts, cranberries, marshmallows, and dark chocolate drizzle, creating a delightful treat for your taste buds and eyes.
Macaron Tower
Aside from the cheesecakes, C&F is also offering a Macaron Tree as part of the festive menu. This beautiful tree is adorned with a colourful array of macarons, making it perfect for events or as a sweet gift. It adds a touch of elegance and sweetness to any occasion. The Macaron Tree comes with 30 macarons in various flavours, a stand, and a star topper.
